WHAT WE DO

Put simply, we teach yoga.  

But to us, and to our growing community, what we do is so much more than that.  
Our practices create space for you to mindfully grow, learn and develop.  

At every practice we share our knowledge about yoga philosophy and the science behind how our bodies move, and through integrating these two elements, we create magic.  It’s magic that can be taken off the mat, and into your life.  

Practicing with I AM Yoga is a chance to reflect and embrace YOU in that moment, optimise mobility through stability and strength based movement, and nourish your nervous system with breath awareness and relaxation. ​

Our Philosophy

Whether you join us in a community class, in our online studio, or a private session, you will see and feel the I AM Yoga movement. Each practice will leave you feeling grounded, calm and energised.

You will see and feel authenticity.  Every person within our community shows up as they are, wholly and completely in a beautifully imperfect way.

You will see and feel empowerment.  Strength and resilience in mind, body, and breath that comes from the stability within, that place that never changes.

You will see and feel growth.  We are all on a journey of learning.  No matter where you start, you will embrace that, and move forward with ease.
