Whether you’re seeking greater understanding of your body and mind, recovering from an injury, want some help in a specific area, new to yoga, nervous to come to a class, are feeling burnt out or have an ongoing illness – one-to-one sessions with Ainslie can help you.
Through postural and mobility assessments I will help you reach your yoga and wellness goals by creating your own personalised yoga sessions and/or programme.
Based on your own specific needs and intentions we may combine breath work, strength/stability/mobility drills, meditation, elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda and mindfulness.
I combine my vast knowledge and never-ending studies of anatomy, biomechanics, neuroscience with my own experiences of adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalances, and chronic tension to create an authentic and individualised experience for YOU.
These sessions are held at Ainslie’s home studio in the King Country or for an additional charge she can come to your place.
