So we’ve made it easy and affordable for you to fit yoga into your life. We’ve created an online yoga studio that brings your yoga practice right into your home environment.
We offer high quality virtual yoga classes for every level in multiple styles of yoga. No matter which type of yoga you enjoy, from strength to relaxation focussed practices, beginner to advanced, you can find it with us and take it wherever you go.

Summer Self Care Programme
Ains has created a programme for you to follow along at your own pace and time throughout the summer break! From 10 to 40 minute yoga, meditation, strength and restorative practices – this programme will help you deal with some of the stuff that comes up for us over summer like comparison, triggers family members, stress & people pleasing. This programme will be focussed on helping you cultivate self compassion, staying connected to yourself, processing emotions, and staying strong and mobile for when we return to our practice in the new year.

6.15am – Empower Flow with Ainslie (35 min)
A mix of asana, strength and active stretching, this express flow will give you a lovely energy boost, reset, and help you move forward with more ease and grace into your hump day.
Friday:
6.15am – Rise & Shine Flow with Lisa (35 min)
Find YOUR flow with Lisa. A little injection of energy and connection as we arrive at the last day of the working week. Setting you up to stay grounded and feel the aliveness in your being to take into the weekend with you.
Sunday:
8pm – Restore with Niamh (30 min)
A rejuvenating variation of gentle movement, somatics, yin, restorative and yoga nidra to unravel physical and mental tension to undwind from your weekend and step into a fresh, awakened week.

There were a variety of styles, many of which were new to me and I loved. Ainslie and the other incredible facilitators all brought so much to the mat each day. They helped me to really experience the holistic nature of yoga, well beyond the movement alone. And it was all done in a way which was so real and accessible - not just the ‘Instagram perfect yoga’ we sometimes see online.
Nurture helped me to create time for myself, listen within and offered a safe space to honour those needs. It gave me more tools to help with regulating my nervous system. It also offered connection - with other like-minded beautiful people, as well as connection to myself.
Nurture was so much more than just yoga. I’m excited to be a part of the next round!

We did this live in August and November 2022 but it’s all recorded in a playlist in the library for you to explore anytime. A 30-day practice is a really great practice to commit to if you’ve been feeling ungrounded, chaotic and overwhelmed.
Serene Sleep Series

You know how important sleep is for your mental health, blood sugar, cravings, brain function, immune system, digestion, moods, hormones, recovery, stress management & hormones, energy levels (i.e. EVERYTHING) yet you still struggle with getting enough of the good, refreshing, restorative sleep?
You’re in the right place darling!
Inside our online studio, there are 12 sleep classes for you! Just 15-20 minute practices including yoga, gentle movement, restoration, nervous system regulation, relaxation, journaling, meditation and so much more. By the end of the series, my aim is that you will learn how to be your own sleep doctor, improve your sleep routine, quality, quantity and efficiency. And share what you learn with your whole family – yes, even the kids!
Foundations of Yoga Course
Have you always wanted to learn about yoga but can’t get to a studio or in-person class?
We are excited to be including a very exclusive and special Foundations of Yoga Course within our online studio. This will be great for fresh beginners, if you’re recovering from an injury, or have had a long break from your yoga practice.
This course of 10x 30 minute classes is truly like no other. Ains has crafted this course so that you will feel comfortable in any and all of the classes within our online studio which are super varied, fun and great for functional strength and mobility. It’s such a great place to start! You’ll find it in the library under ‘Style’ and click ‘Foundations’.

Shorter practices to energize and nourish yourself
To suit the demands of your busy schedules, we have become very good at creating shorter flows to fit into your day. Most classes are 30 minutes which includes everything you would get in the normal hour yoga class – breath awareness, creative flows to empower, strengthen, revitalize and savasana/meditation (final relaxation).

STRENGTH FLOW
For those days you might be feeling extra fiery or strong, these flows are great to get you moving and condition your body and mind. Be prepared to sweat 🙂
RISE & SHINE FLOW (Vinyasa)
To energize, strengthen and stabilize your body and mind. An incredible way to start your day with positive energy and intentions.
GENTLE FLOW
Mindful, nourishing and gentle flow at a slightly slower pace aimed at bringing mindful movement and intentions to your day.
RELAX/RESTORE
Create space to slow down, unwind and nourish your nervous system with Myofascial release, self massage, restorative and yin yoga based lying/seated postures.
SELF SOOTHING/RESOURCING
A super effective way to build your inner resources of feeling safe in your body, the most simple, easy and proven techniques to help enhance mental wellbeing.

The deepest healing and rest you could ever imagine. For those days when you need to down regulate your nervous system and stress response (a personal fave of mine)

Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do if I have an injury?
You’re more than welcome to contact us by email regarding any concerns or injuries you may There are so many modifications we can make for all types of injuries so that you feel comfortable and safe while practicing. Your specific needs are important to us.
What time are live classes?
We have 3 live classes per week:
9.30am on Mondays, and 6.15am on Wednesday and Friday mornings. These classes are also recorded and uploaded the same day for you to watch in your own time
What do I need for my home yoga practice?
You have everything you need at home! A yoga mat will be handy (you can use a towel if you don’t have one yet). Some classes require the use of a yoga block or strap but these are easily substituted for a few books, dressing gown strap or scarf :).
What if my kids are around?
We welcome your kids to practice with you on the mat. We have found that kids either join in with mum, or learn to understand that mum needs her time and leave her in peace. Either way, we believe in imperfect action – if we wait for the ‘perfect’ conditions to practice yoga, it will never happen which might lead you further away from experiencing the magic. If kids are around, it’s all part of the practice to finding your centre and stillness. Lots of the ladies practice with kids and pets around and we love seeing them.
Can I cancel anytime?

How do I cancel my membership?
Simply log into your Namastream account (on a computer works best so you can see the full page). Click on the “My Account” tab located in the top right corner. Then scroll down until you see a list of “Active Purchases”. Click on the drop down menu for the subscription that you’d like to cancel and select “Cancel Subscription”. Once you cancel the subscription, the word “canceled” will appear, confirming that the cancelation is complete. This cancellation will stop any further payments and your access to the online library will end at the end of your billing period.
I don't have anywhere in my home to practice yoga?
No such thing :). Ainslie lived in a tiny house for years and her yoga space was on her tiny kitchen floor (1metre by 7metre). Honestly, anywhere works – imperfect action is the best action because we learn that we can literally do anything with everything we have already.
We are beyond excited to come together and bring you a day retreat dedicated to lighting you up, connecting with a like-hearted community, and embracing all that you are.
The liminal days toward the end of a year provide a potent space for reflection, where we can pause to honour the challenges we’ve moved through, to celebrate the wins, and listen deeply to the longings that our hearts are beckoning us toward in the year ahead. This is the container that Illuminate will lovingly offer.
Every part of this day retreat will be curated to support you in recognizing your inherent worthiness, radiance, and absolute birthright to express, create and be wholeheartedly YOU.
